Vijaya Ekadashi Vrat Significance
In Hinduism, the Vijaya Ekadashi fast is regarded as unique. It is believed that by observing this fast systematically, one will achieve triumph over his or her foes. This is one of the most challenging fasts.
Parana signifies the end of the fast. Ekadashi Parana is prepared at daybreak on the day following the Ekadashi fast. Parana must be performed inside Dwadashi Tithi unless Dwadashi concludes before daybreak. Do not make Parana enter Dwadashi is comparable to committing an infraction.
Parana should not be done during Hari Vasara. We must await the arrival of Hari Vasara before breaking our fast. Initially, Hari Vasara is the fourth run of Dwadashi Tithi. Pratahkal is the preferred hour to break the fast. It is forbidden to break the fast during Madhyahna. If you are unable to break your fast during Pratahkal, you must do so after Madhyahna.
Sometimes, two consecutive days of Ekadashi fasting are recommended. It is recommended that Smartha and his family observe the fast just on the first day. The second alternative fast, Ekadashi, is recommended for Sanyasis, widows, and those who seek Moksha. When the alternate Ekadashi fast is advised for Smartha, it corresponds with the Vaishnava Ekadashi fasting day.
